YAY

Bree and Jeff are on their way to visit for the weekend. Katie graduates in a few days. She has decided to take her sisters lead and move in with her boyfriend. Not what we'd like, but it's what she has chosen. I am taking care of a friend's 3 kids. A 4 year old girl and 3 year old TWIN boys. Boys are definitly different than girls. And to me they are alot harder. And my neice had another little boy in January 2012. He's a sweetheart and I do take him for her from time to time. His name is Malachi. He's Aunty's little boy.

Isn't he scrumptious..He's such a cutie pie. Just like his brother. Speaking of which I can't wait to see our lil Rie Rie next month and my sister..He's soooo cutie patootie..

And the white puppy is Oakley and the brown puppy is Jasper.. I can't wait to see them again. Our anniversary trip is on hold because of the wedding. But that's ok. And Katie is most likely going to get married in May or June of 2013. So maybe a 21st Anniversary trip?!!!!.. We're still hoping to get some property soon. We're looking into 36 acres. So we'll see. Official...

On April 1,2012 Jeff asked Briana to be his wife. And ofcourse she said yes..I'm beyond thrilled. He's taking good care of her. So the date has been set for October 20,2012. Just 5 days before her daddy's birthday and 1 day before her great aunt's birthday. So the fun of planning has started. We have soo many ideas swimming around. It will be neat to see what we end up with.. Cassie loves her new school. She's doing well. Sooo nice to see her happy and bouncy again. Andie is on the softball team for her school. And Val and Sarah are well, Val and Sarah. They can be little stinkers, then they are little loves. Not sure what Katie is up to nowdays. But she graduates June 3,2012. Well, the sun is shining so I'm gonna go out and do some yardwork. And come in and do some crochet... Crafty Hugs..

2012

I can't believe it's February almost March of 2012. Bree is still in Idaho, she calls every now and again..She's doing really good. Katie is almost finished with school. That in itself is hard to comprehend for me. She's having a bit of trouble with her Language Arts. But it's also a college course, so she's getting college credit. She'll do good tho..I have faith in her...Cassie is having problems in school as well..Not academically but socially..There's people that don't like her (we all have some of those I guess) and is trying to make her life miserable..But she's hanging in there...Minor problems, but I guess we're due since Bree and Katie were sooo easy to raise. Gotta have one out of 6 aye?..Andie is doing reall well in her schooling. She has friends and Andie is sad she won't be going to the same high school as her friends..We're planning on moving to a nearby city this summer or next year. I am getting Cassie out of the high school she's at tho..Valerie is falling behind in school. So I am going to pull her out of Connections and concentrate on what she needs (phonics) until she gets it..Her teacher was also concerned. I was going to put her on a IEP but after her testing and referral just lots of waiting..So I guess our school year is going to be from March to March. We'll see.I have curriculum on order and lots of books coming in for Valerie and Sarah..Now I need to search for Art ideas..Sarah is doing well..Her recalling is developing so we're gonna take advantage of that..Brian had today off, which was nice..He becomes a full fledged partner next month in the company he's working for now..I had to sign a paper myself..I asked why since I don't go to the jobs, and was told it's just because I'm his wife..lol...But he's done well for the last 20 years I don't think he'd lead me astray now..lol...I need to make planners and a schedule..I am also gonna look into unschooling and notebooking for learning retention...I am happy with my life, just worried about Valerie..She's like Bree with anxiety about being in a school setting..I made the mistake of forcing Bree to go to school when the school said I should homeschool..Turned out she dropped out of school anyway..So very proactive with Valerie...Will keep you all updated...Crafty Hugs....

Almost 2012

Is it just me or are the years slipping by?..2011 is comming to a close and looking forward to 2012..2011 wasn't too bad a year...In Feb we moved into a home to rent..That in itself was a huge blessing..Brian was hired on by a local contractor and is being paid really well and bi weekly..No more chasing the money..Everyone is healthy and happy...

I thought christmas was going to bea joke, but it was really good...We bought the girls their MOST desired gifts..And Brian's boss offered him a 20% partnership with the company..Another guy was offered the other 20%...So I'm hoping it all works out..

I thought I had a job writing answers to questions..But they ran out of work..Soo we'll see what happens..They said they would keep me on file and offer me another contract when they recieved more work..I've applied at 3 other companies for data entry work..It's all from home, so that's a plus..Until then I'll continue to craft and play on the internet..

Hope everyone has a WONDERFULLY BLESSED 2012...I'm off to take out the prime rib for New Years...

A Couple More Days..

Well in 2 days I'm off to Utah to visit my sister and her family..I can't wait to see her and my great nephew..I am nervous about leaving Andie in charge,but Brian will be home each night...I used to love to fly when I was 15, but that was ofcourse prior to 9-11..I'll just trust everything will be fine..

My garden is almost done for the season..Brian is hunting on the weekends and I play on the net..I can't wait until he shoots a deer..I want some venison...

Well. this one is going to be short and sweet..Valerie is being mean to her sister so I have to referee...Hope everyone has a great weekend...

Well life certainly changes at times...With Bree in Idaho..She does call from time to time...YAY!!!...Marilyn called on Tuesday to see if she could take the girls for a week to 2 weeks...I said sure..Only Cassie can't go cause she has cheerleading practice and gymnastics...So even tho Cassie is grounded, she did get to spend the night at her friends house...Brian and I had the house to ourselves for the 1st time in almost 20 years...We ate porkchops and baked potato and watched Platoon...I've never seen that movie and not one I'd care to watch again anytime soon...

So what am I doing on my 1st offical kidless day?..I'm on the internet...lol...I did go outside and eat my cabbage soup..I'm on my 3rd bottle of beaver water..lol...When the girls get back or I get batteries for my camera I'll take a pic of what I call my beaver water..It's just a plastic water bottle with the Oregon Beaver logo on the band where the water name goes...I HATE water, so I have to have something SPECIAL to help me out....I also added some lemon slices and a sprig of mint to it...YUMMMM!!!!!!!!!!....

My garden is growing, growing, GROWING!!!!!!!...I'm about to pick my 3rd zucchini ...YUMMY....Waiting on those darn tomatos..But I know when they come on they will really come on...I have beefsteak tomatos, and the cherry tomatos..The girls just LOVE to eat the cherry tomatos and I LOVE to eat them on salads...Salads=weightloss=ME....Yes, I weigh almost 200 pounds...Nobody believes me and I'm wondering why I would LIE about my weight..I want to say I weigh 125 pounds...Someday I will get there...I want to before Brian and I go on our HONEYMOON..Summer of 2012...Our anniversary is actually November 2...But with snow and everything we'll wait...Saving our pennies and I'm saving cans for the day...The girls have gotten into my cans, but that's alright...lol..I usually love to read but for some reason I haven't been in the mood...I'll have to change that..Cause I have books due soon and don't think I can renew them..Adding some pics I think you may enjoy.....

2011...

Boy, I haven't blogged in a long time....We moved to Oregon in March of 2010..We were considered homeless from then until February 2011...We found out we may have to move in December, not such a joyous time to move..But I'm trying not to worry about that...Briana is 19 now and has a boyfriend Jeff..He's 20 and lives in Idaho...Bree just left on Saturday to live with Jeff and his parents, not what we want for her or raised her to do...But children do have a free will...We just know we did our best to try to get her to rethink her decision, but ofcourse she's a kid and "in love" so she didn't..Surprise,surprise..NOT.....

Katie is going to be a Senior this year...WOW...She has a friend named Austin...He's a sweet kid and we like him alot...He'll be a permanent fixture soon enough I believe...

Cassie is going to be a Freshman and a Cheerleader....Double WOW...She's our 1st cheerleader so it's a learning experience..How expensive it is and how time consuming...But with Brian's job it's good...We have it covered...

Andie is going into the 7th grade..And I've gotten her school books already...She homeschooled now...It is her choice, she says she might go to school for her 8th grade year..I say YAY!!!!!!!!!!

Valerie is in 3rd grade...She's also homeschooled..This will be her 1st year with Connections so we'll see how it goes..

Sarah, we're gonna be working with her and buy her school books...She didn't make the cutoff for Kinder this year..So we'll buy some books for her so she can go next year...Not sure if she's going to public or cyber..We'll see when the time comes...

As for me and Brian...I've been crocheting a bag for a swap I'm in...Will post pics soon...Don't know why it's not letting me post pics right now...Grrrr....I'm trying to get our life back in order and some normalcy...I'm soooo hurt and aggrivated, but my other 5 girls need me to lead them...I just want to curl up and cry...None of my seeds or bonsai tree survived the move...Blue was stolen, Simba ran away, lots of things were stolen from us...Almost 1000.00 worth of stuff...But that's just stuff..My neice had a baby Feb 2011..My sister has him for now while she takes care of her legal stuff..And joy joy NOT she may be pregnant again...I have some devils to make and try to sell...I still make my candles, and seriously contemplating on marketing them....I'm trying to lose weight, just starting to get serious...

Brian is hanging in there...He goes to work, comes home,eats,showers and sleeps...I try to find fun things to do on the weekends...He's a darn good man...

I'm looking for ways to make money online..So if you know any, give me a holler..I've done just about every selling thing and never did get the hang of it...Take care..Crafty Hugs...
